If you live and work within your cycling range, you might leave your car at home and use your bike instead. The bike can bring you to your work place or closest public transport station while doing something good for your health too. No need to drive from your office to distant fitness and ride a room bike there. This way you are just moving from office to "office". Use bike as your first choice for mobility.
