Looks challenging but it is not really. Walk to local grocery shop, don't choose the nearest place to eat your lunch, chose your way home through the park or by the river if that adds few steps. Add your steps throughout the day, measure them with your activity tracking device or your phone and soon you might realize that 10.000 message pops up every day earlier. Walking is the oldest exercise, healthy and relaxing. Motion is a lotion.
