Just think of how much energy and miles the raw material has to travel to be used just once or in best case few times. What is worse once used and then discarded plastic material stays in our environment for decades. Even when plastic breaks down it turns into non visible but bigger environmental issue - microplastics.
There are much better alternatives available that are more friendly to our planet and will even save you some money in the long run. Use them. Commit, act, convince others to follow you.
